Our approach

Building trust into the operating model.

SiteIQ's products are designed around practical controls rather than paperwork: data minimisation, access control and clear, product-specific data scopes. We collect what a workflow genuinely needs, and no more.

As an Ireland-based company, we build with GDPR principles in mind and improve our controls as our products mature. This page describes our current approach honestly; we would rather under-claim and deliver than promise certifications we do not yet hold.

Security principles

The controls we design around.

Data minimisation

Collect only what a workflow needs, and keep it no longer than necessary.

Role-based access

Users see and change only what their role authorises.

Restricted administrative access

Administrative functions are limited and controlled.

Product-specific data scopes

Each product handles a defined, documented category of data.

Secure development practices

Security considered through design, review and release.

Incident response process

A defined process for identifying, handling and communicating issues.

Product data scopes

Each product handles a different category of data.

Scopes vary by product and deployment. The summary below is indicative; a detailed data-handling description for a specific product is available on request.

AuditSnap

Inspection photos, voice notes, findings, generated reports and account information.

SiteIQ Workplace

Workplace locations, desks, departments and assignments, plus limited user and admin data depending on deployment.

Workplace Intelligence

Occupancy, utilisation, booking and operational data — usually aggregated or anonymised where appropriate.

SiteIQ Assets

Asset records, validation data and operational metadata.

SiteIQ Schematic

Building, floor, space and time-based occupancy observations used to run structured workplace studies.

Data protection & GDPR

Ireland-based, built around GDPR principles.

SiteIQ designs around GDPR principles such as data minimisation, purpose limitation, access control and retention discipline. This page is descriptive and not legal advice; specific data-protection documentation can be provided on request.

Subprocessors

A current register of key service providers can be provided on request. Provider roles and processing details are reviewed as our products mature.

Incident reporting

Security or privacy concerns can be raised through the Contact page or by emailing info@siteiq.ie.

SiteIQ does not currently claim formal certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. Where a control is deployment-dependent it is described as such, and we are happy to walk procurement teams through our current posture.
